Sabir, holds an MBA in Marketing and HR from Bangalore University and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Bangalore University. He has 16 years of experience in the real estate sector. His core expertise and competence lies in deep familiarity with a comprehensive variety of property types. His 360 degree in depth knowledge of corporate real estate, acquisition and disposition, legal, bye laws, due diligence, planning, development and execution make him a subject matter expert from start to end.

He has been instrumental and has successfully developed and delivered real estate in and around Bangalore.

At Greybrick he as a core member and is responsible and instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Organization. He focuses on the overall functioning - in particular emphasizing on Acquisitions, Costing, Strategic planning, Project execution, Quality control, Technology advancement, Product delivery, and Customer satisfaction

Sunil, holds an architecture degree from RVS school of architecture from Madurai, and also registered with council of architecture Delhi, he has 8 years of experience in different projects types – residential, commercial, industrial . Sunil possesses in depth knowledge of architecture and has an eye for detailing and cost control .

Sunil has successfully managed and executed several projects including malls, plotted development, Office space and villas and has to his credit developed more than 1 million sqft.

At Greybrick Sunil is principal architect. with his plethora of industrial experience sunil advices and is responsible for all project design, coordination and execution from start to end. Sunil’s primary objective is to design and develop cost effective environmentally friendly and more sophisticated architecture that seamlessly aligns with today.

Mahadeva Rao, is a Postgraduate in Science from Bangalore University, and holds a graduate degree in Science from Bangalore University.

He has 15 plus years of experience in legal advisory, real estate due diligence, project Management, exploration Process, Land sourcing and acquisition. He has been instrumental in all liasoning works with Governmental and local approval bodies.

He has successfully contributed to the accusation process for many projects and has been instrumental in successful completion of them. His core competence lies timely execution of all necessary documentation and proves management.

At Greybrick, he is responsible for overall liasoning works, legal and documentation.
